Maria has successfully juggled being a single-mother with a 20+ year professional career, which has allowed her the practice of finding resources and resolving things quickly. With this practice, she has mastered being an orchestrator of helping to bring people together to get things done, get the right field or technical resources on location for contract work, and ultimately provide her clients with peace of mind, and the trust that they can be hands-off. The largest project she has managed in her career was managing a network with multiple vendors for a 45,000 square foot resort of a well-known 5-star hotel brand. That really put her skills to the test.
Through her travels of surveying and working various sized hotels and interacting with several different types of people, it was only natural that she would fall in love with helping people buy and sell homes in real estate. Her project management profession of accounting for numerous tasks and negotiating with all types of trades to get contracts and projects done on-time has made her a stellar real estate agent. She has an extremely self-disciplined work ethic, takes initiative, thorough, and reliable agent that her clients can call on.
No challenge has ever scared Maria. She is very driven in being a great example for her son and being able to enjoy Marvel movies, hiking, and traveling with him. The only scary thing for her has been teaching him how to drive. All jokes aside, with being the oldest sibling in her family she takes pride in the responsibility that she has and the things that she takes on. Serving her clients needs are her #1 priority in helping them to quickly walk into the investment that will ultimately be a symbol of their family legacy. She is thankful she has the opportunity to do what she loves as well as have time to listen to jazz inspired musicians of all types of genres and sneak away to go dancing or enjoy a great concert.
